Instructions
- Pour vinaigrette into large, shallow nonmetallic dish.
- Add peppers, olives, cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, and pepperoni.
- Toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
- Serve on lettuce.
