Instructions

  1. Put the mussels in a casserole dish with the wine, over high heat, and bring to a boil,cover.
  2. Cook for a few minutes only, until the mussels have opened, stirring frequently to ensure they are evenly cooked.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except butter,cook over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add butter at the last minute.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped Dill and serve at once.
