Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large pot.
  2. Saute onion till tender.
  3. Add mince and brown well, breaking up lumps.
  4. Stir in sauce, mushrooms, wine and seasonings.
  5. Bring to the boil.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in pasta.
  7. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve with grated cheese.
