Instructions

  1. Simple syrup:
  2. Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan, and heat until it barely begins to boil.
  3. Remove from heat and cool.
  4. Limeade:
  5. Combine one cup of syrup and one cup of lime juice in a pitcher.
  6. Add enough water to make up a half gallon.
  7. Serve over ice.
