Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In large bowl, combine cauliflower, oil, salt and pepper; toss to combine.
  3. Transfer cauliflower to large baking sheet and spread into a single layer.
  4. Roast until cauliflower is golden brown, tossing occasionally, about 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, place in serving bowl and sprinkle with cheese; toss to mix.
  6. This is 1 point per each serving.
  7. Each serving is 3/4 cup.
