Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
  2. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Note: the mixture will be moist.
  3. Shape into a meat mixture into a round loaf and place in crockpot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160°F
  5. In a small bowl, whisk the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Spoon over the meat loaf.
  7. Cook 15 minutes longer or until heated through.
  8. Let stand for 10-15 minutes before cutting.
