Instructions

  1. Add a bit of water to a microwavable bowl with a steamer basket.
  2. Place potatoes and beans in the steamer basket.
  3. Cover and microwave for 3 minutes on High.
  4. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the onion and microwave for another minute.
  6. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
  7. Place cooked veggies in a bowl (discard the water).
  8. Add the tomato, parsley, olive oil, butter buds and paprika.
  9. Toss well to combine all ingredients.
  10. Serve immediately.
