Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sugar, butter, cream cheese, salt, almond and vanilla extracts and egg yolk. Beat until smooth.
  2. Stir in flour, until well blended.
  3. Chill the dough for eight hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  5. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough, one third at a time, to 1/8" thickness.
  6. Cut into shapes with lightly floured cookie cutter.
  7. Place 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake for 7 - 10 minutes.
  9. Cool and decorate as desired.
