Instructions

  1. Grill chops until tender.
  2. While chops are under the grill, prepare the sauce:
  3. Melt butter in pan; add finely chopped onion, saute until tender.
  4. Add lemon rind, lemon juice, sugar and mint, heat gently.
  5. Spoon over hot chops.
