Instructions

  1. Dust stew meat with flour.
  2. In dutch oven, heat oil, add meat; cook and stir until browned.
  3. Add next 7 ingredients, mix well.
  4. Add water; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer 2 to 2-1/2 hours until meat is tender.
  6. Add carrots and potatoes, add more water if needed, cook on low until vegetables are done, 40-45 minutes.
