Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in heavy dutch oven or soup pot.
  2. Add chili powder while browning and mix in well.
  3. Add onion and green pepper to meat and brown for 2 minutes.
  4. Drain off excess grease.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients except sour cream.
  6. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
