Instructions

  1. Spread and smooth out cream cheese onto plate (dinner size).
  2. Shred crabmeat with fork.
  3. Blend garlic into cocktail sauce and then into crab meat.
  4. Spread over cream cheese.
  5. Chill in fridge at least 20 minutes (can be made a day ahead if needed).
  6. Garnish with scallions or chives.
  7. Serve with a smile and napkins.
