Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef, onion, garlic.
  2. Puree tomatoes in blender, or puree half and leave some in pieces.
  3. Put cooked beef, tomatoes, water, bouillon, and pepper in large pot.
  4. Bring to a boil and reduce to low; simmer uncovered 20 minutes.
  5. Add orzo and vegetables, simmer 15 more minutes.
  6. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  7. Serve with French bread or crusty rolls!
