Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  2. Stir in applesauce.
  3. Mix flour, baking soda and spices.
  4. Stir into creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in nuts.
  6. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 3/4 full.
  7. Bake at 350* for 25 minutes, or until muffins test done.
