Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F
  2. Sauté onion in butter until golden.
  3. Blend in flour and seasonings. cook until bubbly. remove from heat.
  4. Gradually add milk, bring to boil. boil 1 minute stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from heat & add corn & egg.
  6. Pour into 1 quart baking dish.
  7. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. (I butter enough whole crackers to cover the top of the dish then break them up and sprinkle on top).
  8. Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
