Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook steaks in hot oil over medium heat until desired doneness is reached; turning once.
  2. Transfer steaks to serving platter and keep warm.
  3. In same skillet, cook and stir mushrooms 4-5 minutes; until tender.
  4. Stir in broth and cream.
  5. Cook and stir over medium heat until slightly thickened.
  6. Spoon mixture over hot steaks.
