  1. Trim fat from beef. Cut beef into 6 serving size pieces.
  2. Combine undrained tomatoes, mushrooms, celery, and carrots in 5-6 quart slow cooker.
  3. Place beef on vegetables.
  4. Stir together broth, soup, and seasoning mix; pour over beef.
  5. Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 8-10 hours, or on high-heat setting for 4-5 hours.
  6. Serve with cooked noodles.
