Instructions

  1. Preheat grill. Combine 7 up or ginger ale, vinegar and season salt.
  2. Place meat on grill. Rotate and baste with 7 up mixture till golden on all sides. (10 to 15 mins total).
  3. Remove from grill and place meat in a large roasting pan. Cover and seal pan with foil.
  4. Bake at 300 for 3 to 4 hours. When this is done, bone will pull out with no resistance.
  5. Shread meat and enjoy on buns.
