Instructions

  1. Divide apples into four 10-oz. microwave-safe bowls.
  2. Top each with 1 teaspoon of brown sugar.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and top each with 1 teaspoon butter.
  4. Cover and microwave on high for 7-1/2 minutes or until apples are tender.
  5. Cool slightly.
  6. We sometimes top with vanialla ice cream.
