Instructions

  1. Melt butter and allow to cool slightly.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, coffee, salt and cinnamon in large bowl.
  3. Mix egg, milk, butter and vanilla in separate bowl.
  4. Make a well in centre of dry ingredients and add wet mixture.
  5. Stir to just combine and fold through the choc chips.
  6. Spoon into greased muffin tins.
  7. Bake at 190 degrees centigrade for 15-20 minutes.
