Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine mayo, mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add onion and celery.
  3. Stir in potatoes and eggs.
  4. Refrigerate at least 5 hours or more.
  5. I always make this the day before, because it tastes better after it flavors thru.
  6. Enjoy!
