Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Beat oil and brown sugar together.
  3. Add eggs, mix well.
  4. Stir in bananas and vanilla.
  5. Stir in flour, salt, and cinnamon.
  6. Add baking soda to hot water, stir to mix, then add to batter.
  7. Lastly, add nuts and/ or fruit (if you use both reduce each measurement to 1/4 cup).
  8. Spread into greased bread pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes.
  9. Cool on rack before slicing.
