Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF.
  2. Gather the ingredients for the Quick Bread Base and one of the variations.
  3. Coat 4 small loaf pans with vegetable cooking spray.
  4. Combine dry ingredients; blend well and set aside.
  5. Combine wet ingredients; blend well.
  6. Mix together wet and dry ingredients.
  7. Do not over mix.
  8. Distribute batter among the 4 pans, and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
