Instructions

  1. Cook orzo according to package directions.
  2. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in microwave.
  3. Combine cheese, garlic, salt and pepper and add butter.
  4. In a saucepan, saute the mushrooms in remaining butter until tender.
  5. Drain orzo and add to mushrooms.
  6. Stir in cheese mixture and cook until melted.
