Instructions

  1. Mix together the pecans, melted butter, and sugar.
  2. Press into 9" tart pan with removable bottom.
  3. Bake at 325* for 12 minutes until light brown, cool.
  4. Heat cream to boil.
  5. Add chocolate and yolk and mix until smooth.
  6. Pour into cool shell and refrigerate until set.
  7. Enjoy!
