Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add cream and cream cheese, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
  3. Stir in nutmeg, parmesan, romano cheese, and garlic.
  4. Stir constantly until melted completely.
  5. Salt to taste.
  6. Mix in egg yolks.
  7. Continue to simmer over medium low heat, stirring constantly, for 3 to 5 minutes.
  8. Serve over pasta, garnished with additional grated cheese and parsley.
