Instructions

  1. On a greased jelly-roll pan unroll pizza dough.
  2. Using hands press dough into a 10x12" rectangle.
  3. Build up the edges slightly.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 7 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, spread chicken evenly over hot crust.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro (and dash with pepper sauce if desired).
  7. Bake 12-15 minutes more.
