Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Heat the oil in a roasting dish.
  3. take dish from oven, stir garlic into oil.
  4. Add potatoes, sprinkle with herbs & chilli. Stir around to coat all the potatoes with oil.
  5. Bake for about 45 minutes, until potatoes are crispy.
