Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate and butter in a small saucepan.
  2. Set aside and cool for at least 10 minutes.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat eggs and salt until fluffy. This will take about 10 minutes with an electric mixer.
  4. Fold in sugar and vanilla with a spoon until smooth.
  5. Fold in Flour and then chocolate.
  6. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and add the peanut butter cups.
  7. Smooth the batter over so it covers the peanut butter cups.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
