Instructions

  1. Servings: 6 Prepare fruit. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 2- to 3-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, toss peaches and apples with apricot nectar, orange juice, vanilla, sugar, flour, nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon.
  4. Spoon into prepared baking dish.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Make a topping by combining pecans, oatmeal, flour and brown sugar.
  7. Slowly drizzle in butter, tossing mixture with a fork to make a mealy topping.
  8. Sprinkle mixture over fruit.
  9. Bake until juices of fruit start to bubble, around 30-40 minutes.
  10. Cool for about 15 minutes before serving.
