Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and milk. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
  3. Fold in ham.
  4. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a greased hot griddle.
  5. Flip when edges begin to brown and cook flipside until golden brown.
  6. Serve with maple syrup.
