Instructions

  1. Crumble ground beef into hot 3-4 qt dutch oven or suitable pot over medium high heat. When browned, add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
  2. Add beans (undrained), chiles, tomatoes and spices. Return to boil and reduce heat to simmer.
  3. Simmer 20 minutes to blend flavors. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
