Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream the sugar and butter together.
  3. Mix in the eggs, lemon extract, and milk.
  4. Add the flour and a pinch of salt.
  5. Mix well and drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake for 13-14 minutes, until golden on the bottoms.
