Instructions

  1. Stir together all filling ingredients in slow cooker.
  2. Cover; cook on low heat setting for 6-8 hours, or high heat setting for 3-4 hours. Drain off liquid.
  3. Cut or shred meat, if desired.
  4. To serve, place meat mixture on warm tortillas.
  5. Top with desired toppings.
  6. Note: To warm tortillas, heat oven to 275°F.
  7. Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil.
  8. Warm in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  9. Serve in foil to keep warm.
