Instructions

  1. Rinse starch off beans.
  2. Drain vegetables.
  3. Mix 1/4 cup oil, 1/4 cup vinegar and 1/3 cup sugar.
  4. Boil until sugar is dissolved.
  5. Pour over the drained vegetables.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve with Fritos or other dipping chips.
