Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix flour, almonds and salt, set aside.
  3. Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
  4. Blend in egg and extract.
  5. Gradually mix in flour mixture.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown.
