Instructions

  1. In large skillet or wak, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add broccoli, cauliflower and carrots; stir to coat with butter.
  3. Cover; cook 4-6 minute or until crisp and tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in bell pepper and the remaining ingredients.
  5. Cook and stir 2-3 minute or until throughly heated.
  6. Grill method:
  7. Tear off 6 large pieces of foil.
  8. Place all the ingredients, except butter into a large bowl and mix well.
  9. Seperate the vegetable mixture out onto the pieces of foil, making sure you leave enough room to close up the packets.
  10. Place 1 teaspoons of butter onto the top of each packet.
  11. Seal each packet and place on grill.
  12. Grill for about 10 minute or until vegetables are tender.
