Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius.
  2. In one bowl combine the flour, baking powder, spices, salt, raisin and walnuts.
  3. In another bowl mix the oil, orange juice, honey, egg and zucchini. Combine the wet ingredients through the dry until well combined.
  4. Bake in a lined or oiled loaf tin for 35 - 40 minutes. Turn the loaf out onto a wire rack and allow to cool completely before slicing.
