Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Add fish filets to a baking dish and add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add tomatoes, zuchini, onions, mushrooms and garlic.
  4. Add herbs of your choice. I like thyme and rosemary minced really small.
  5. Pour wine on top.
  6. Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until fish is flaky.
  7. Squeeze on lemon juice at the table.
