Instructions

  1. Coat chicken with flour.
  2. Put butter in 13x9 baking pan; add chicken.
  3. Bake at 375* for 40 minutes, turning once.
  4. Remove pan from oven; reduce temperature to 325*.
  5. Spoon excess fat from chicken.
  6. Mix milk with remaining ingredients until smooth.
  7. Pour over chicken.
  8. Bake an additional 15 minutes, until bubbly.
