Instructions

  1. Score cucumber lengthwise to make a decorative edge, then make 1/4 inch slices.
  2. combine in a smallbowl the crab meat, yogurt, chives, salt, and papper.
  3. Place a small spoonful of crab mixture, onto each cucumber slice.
  4. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
  5. Place slices on a serving plate, cover with plastic wrap.
  6. Chill for 4 hours.
