- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix cake ingredients in blender.
- Pour into a greased 9x13" cake pan.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes.
- Allow cake to cool completely.
- Mix Cool Whip, pudding mix, and milk.
- Spread on top of cooled cake.
Carrie's Banana Cake
This cake was brought to a luncheon by a coworker. It was delicious. Since then, I have been making it, people love it and it is a great, easy way to use up those overripe bananas that sneak up on you.
