Instructions

  1. Saute garlic in oil, in skillet or wok for 1 minute.
  2. Add shrimp, mushrooms and onions.
  3. Stirfry for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in broth.
  5. Cook 2 minutes longer, or until shrimp turn pink.
  6. Serve over rice.
  7. Garnish with lemon.
