Instructions

  1. Remove cutlets from package and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Lightly flour each chicken breast.
  3. Dip cutlet into egg mixture and allow excess to fully drip off.
  4. Dip into cornflake crumbs.
  5. *Can be fried on heated pan with oil or baked on a lightly greased pan at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  6. Either way, delicious.
