Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add garlic, cook and stir 30 seconds.
  3. Immediately add shrimp; cook and stir 3 minutes or until the shrimp begin to turn opaque.
  4. Add oregano, cumin, crushed red pepper, orange peel and orange juice.
  5. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until the shrimp are cooked through.
  6. Serve over mixed greens, rice, pasta or polenta.
