Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile in a dutch over, cook beef and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  3. Stir in the tomato puree, beef broth, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  6. Add spinach; cook for 1 -2 minutes or until spinach is wilted.
  7. Drain pasta; stir into beef mixture.
  8. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese; cover and cook for 3 or 4 minutes or until cheese has melted.
