Instructions

  1. In a large deep skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic and cook for 5- 7 minutes, or until the onion is tender.
  3. Season chicken with salt& pepper and add to the skillet.
  4. Cook chicken 8- 10 minutes, turning to brown on all sides.
  5. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the steak sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, pepper sauce and chili powder.
  6. Add to the skillet, cover and cook 35 to 40 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink inside, stirring occasionally.
