Instructions

  1. Separate ground beef into 4 even sections.
  2. Place each section between waxed paper about 6 x 6-inch .
  3. Roll or pound to 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Spread each "burger" with mustard.
  5. Add chopped onion, evenly.
  6. Add garlic evenly.
  7. Add cheese evenly.
  8. Add hot sauce.
  9. Place one hot dog on one edge of "burger".
  10. Roll and seal.
  11. Either cook over hot coals or pan fry until done to your liking (about 15 - 20 minutes).
  12. Serve on rolls.
