Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup

1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

1 chopped onion

1 lb shredded cheddar cheese

1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies

1 (10 1/2 ounce) can enchilada sauce

sour cream, for garnish if desired

salsa, for garnish if desired
-
guacamole, if desired (to garnish)

1 dozen corn tortilla
-
1 (6 ounce) can chopped olives
Instructions
- Brown meat with onion.
- Cut up tortillas into small sections.
- Mix everything together and place in a casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to one hour.
- Serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole if desired.
