Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Sprinkle with seasoning mix and toss well.
  3. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  4. An a small bowl combine honey and mustard.
  5. In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil over med-high heat until hot.
  6. Add chicken cubes and cook, tossing to keep pieces separate.
  7. Brown on all sides, about 4 minutes.
  8. If browning too quickly, reduce heat.
  9. Cook until done, 2-4 minutes.
  10. Pieces should feel firm without any pink in the center.
  11. Transfer to serving plate.
  12. Provide cocktail forks or toothpicks and serve warm with dipping sauce.
